Arguably disorganization. Same with neglecting to include the pamphlet. But you would think the afterlife would not be in such disarray. They have had so many ages to perfect the onboarding process.
Well, some people also become more lax over time–it could be that they are now too used to it, that whoever is in charge of it is simply doing as little as they can get away with.
