I genuinely have no idea. The problem with that line of thinking is that it's true that absolutely anyone can say they did, and people will typically believe them. After all, no one wants to vote for someone who was simply defending themselves. But in a case like that, and we again have multiple victims, what will stop both suspects from claiming the same? Nothing.

I wasn't close to either of them enough to be able to confidently judge whether or not I thought they would instigate the kill. But other people apparently believed that they could make that call. I hope their confidence was right, because otherwise the vote may have ended differently.
